Recover your corrupted flash drives.

As many of us face problems due to corrupted or fake flash drives. I am going to tell u way by which you can try to recover your drive.

Step 1:

Download chipgenius, this program will automatically detect an inserted flash drive and read out the 4 digit VID code and 4 digit PID code.

Step 2:

After installing, just insert your flash drive and run the program and note the VID and PID code..

Step 3:

Go to the iFlash website and search for a matching VID and PID, download the corresponding software from the site.

As the site is in another language, I would suggest u to translate it to English

Step 4:
After you have come to know the utility which is to be used, just copy

its name and search it on google and find a download link for it..

Step 5:

After downloading the software, just open the application and find a

button where it should be written install drivers.. and if dere is no

such option in the application den just browse its folder and try to find

a file which states the same, and then after installing the drivers, do a

low level formatting of the drive using the software and then uninstall

the drivers.

Step 6:

Now just format the drive once again but this time, use windows to format

it, i.e. Right Click --> Format

That's it. Enjoy

CAUTION: You should do it step by step and use only the corresponding

software of ur VID and PID.So use it wisely as I am not responsible for

any damage tou ur drive.
This method definately works as I have recoverd around 10 pen drives from

this.
